Important barn 25 announcement
It’s been 15 months since the end of the 2023 festival, and we’ve spent a great deal of time staring at spreadsheets, dreaming of next steps and looking into ways to ensure the long term future of Barn on the Farm festival.
Ultimately, it’s become clear that we need a bit longer to find our way forwards. We don’t just want to put on a festival that cuts costs to survive, nor one that just coasts along, we want to keep creating at the highest level, building real culture and not compromising.
For that reason we need more time to figure out how we step forward in the current climate. I’m comfortable with saying that I have two incredible children and it’s not the smartest move as a parent risking everything knowing in my gut that financially it’s still super hard out there.
So with that in mind, we’re sad to say we will not be going ahead in 2025.
Whilst this means no festival next year (which we are GUTTED about) we are determined and 100% certain Barn will make a huge comeback.
The past 14 years have provided some of the best moments of our lives, and we have been so fortunate to have met so many incredible people through it. For us, it’s truly the people that make it, and all we can say is thank you to each and every one of you that has helped to create the journey we have been on so far.
We will see you on the farm very soon.
